Research Objectives:

1. Understand if users are able to create a new server on Discord

2. Identify if users can create and assign roles to others within a server by navigating to settings

Findings:

1. Users struggled with adding roles from members screen

2. Users do not expect unprompted save

3. Users have issues finding server settings due to issues with visual hierarchy and

Impact:

These findings were presented to a staff researcher at Discord and forwarded to the respective research team for further investigation.
